Dealership Terms

1. Verification levels

Dealerships progress from Business Verified (CIPC registration, municipality documents and responsible-person details checked) to Trusted Dealer (earned through track record). Badges correspond to defined processes and are never automatic.

2. Your responsibilities

• Ownership of and authority over every vehicle in your stock.
• Accurate vehicle information, pricing and disclosure.
• Authorising dealership staff and independent sellers, with exact permissions.
• Sales approval, documentation, handover and applicable warranties.

3. Dealer OS tools

Inventory, CRM, AI tools, analytics and website-sync features are provided to help you run your business; their outputs (valuations, AI drafts, insights) are decision support, not guarantees, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

4. Independent sellers

Independent sellers you authorise act under your control and at the permission levels you set. Their listings show your dealership as the vehicle owner and them as authorised representatives. You can revoke access immediately; the audit trail is preserved.
